1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing or using Noddi, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). If these terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls where required.
If you do not agree, do not use Noddi or begin a subscription.
2. What Noddi does
Noddi is a general wellness application that estimates face-to-screen distance using supported iPhone TrueDepth hardware and head tilt using compatible AirPods motion. It may provide a brief on-device explanation, save a local diary entry and, if enabled, deliver limited posture reminders based on Apple Screen Time events.
Measurements may be incomplete or unavailable because of hardware compatibility, sensor position, permissions, lighting, connectivity, software limitations or other conditions.
3. Not medical advice
Do not use Noddi for emergencies or to make medical decisions. If you have pain, dizziness, numbness, persistent discomfort or another health concern, stop using the app as appropriate and seek professional medical advice.
4. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age at which you can independently consent where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use.
You agree not to misuse Noddi, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, use it unlawfully or use it in a way that may harm another person.
5. Auto-renewing subscriptions
Noddi may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The exact price, currency, billing period and included features are shown in the app before purchase and are supplied through Apple’s App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when an eligible free trial ends.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Deleting Noddi does not cancel an active subscription.
6. Three-day free trial
Where displayed and offered by Apple, eligible new subscribers may receive a three-day free trial. Eligibility is determined by Apple and may depend on your prior subscriptions or offers within the subscription group.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the selected subscription begins automatically and Apple charges the displayed recurring price. “Cancel anytime” means you can stop a future renewal through Apple; it does not reverse a period that has already begun.
7. Billing, refunds and price changes
Apple processes billing, cancellations and refunds. Refund eligibility is controlled by Apple and applicable law. Requests can be made through Apple’s Report a Problem service.
Subscription prices may change. Apple will provide any notice or consent flow required for a price change. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
8. Restoring and managing access
Noddi includes a restore-purchases option for eligible App Store transactions. Access may require the same Apple Account used for the original purchase and an internet connection so Apple can verify entitlement status.
9. Permissions and third-party services
Some features require Apple system frameworks, compatible hardware and permissions such as camera, Motion & Fitness, notifications and Screen Time authorization. You are not required to enable optional permissions, but the related feature may not work without them.
Noddi relies on services supplied by Apple, including the App Store, StoreKit, ARKit, Core Motion, Screen Time APIs and, on supported devices, Foundation Models. Those services are subject to Apple’s terms, privacy practices, availability and technical limitations.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Noddi processes sensor information, local diary entries, reminders, purchases, support messages and website requests. By using Noddi, you acknowledge those practices.
11. Ownership
Noddi, its mascot, visual design, text, code and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app in accordance with the Apple Standard EULA. They do not transfer ownership to you.
12. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device or accessory, or permanent availability of any particular feature.
We will not intentionally remove paid access contrary to applicable law or Apple’s subscription requirements.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noddi is provided “as is” and “as available.” Posture measurements and generated explanations are estimates and may be inaccurate. You remain responsible for how you interpret and act on them.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noddi Support will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits or harm resulting from reliance on an estimate or reminder. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only to the extent the law permits.
15. Termination
You may stop using Noddi at any time. We may suspend access if reasonably necessary to protect the app, users or legal rights, or if you materially violate these terms. Subscription cancellation remains governed by your Apple Account settings.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Noddi, Apple’s services or applicable requirements. The latest version and effective date will appear here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
