For faster troubleshooting, include your iPhone model, iOS version, AirPods model if relevant, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened. Please do not send medical records, photographs or other sensitive information.
trueDepth
Confirm that your iPhone supports TrueDepth, Noddi has camera permission, your face is visible to the front camera, and nothing is covering the sensor area. Close and reopen the scan after changing permission.
airPods
Use compatible AirPods that support headphone motion, place them in your ears, connect them to the iPhone and allow Motion & Fitness access. The indicator turns green when live motion is available.
reminders
Check notification and Screen Time authorization, then confirm you selected at least one app or category. Noddi waits for cumulative use and intentionally sends no more than three nudges per day.
privacy
Open the diary, select an entry and choose delete log. Removing Noddi also removes its locally stored app data, subject to Apple’s device backup behavior.
